The role
We are looking for an experienced Head Groom to run the day-to-day of a busy eventing yard of twelve horses.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the daily yard routine and a small team
- Competition grooming and travelling to events
- Clipping, plaiting and turnout to a high standard
What we're looking for
- Several years' grooming experience on a competition yard
- Full clean UK driving licence, happy towing

Redgate is a friendly eventing yard just outside Exeter, with all-weather facilities and miles of hacking off the property.
We are a small team who look after each other and the horses in our care.
